Gozo Film Festival

The eighth edition of the Gozo Film Festival! Building on the success of previous years, this year’s festival will run for three days, from Friday, August 22nd to Sunday, August 24th, 2025. The event aims to showcase the talents of both local (Gozitan and Maltese) and international filmmakers, offering entertainment and education for both adults and children alike.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Gozo Citadel, in the heart of the island’s capital, the festival will feature a mix of indoor and outdoor events. Enjoy a selection of high-quality local and international short and feature films, all with a connection to the islands. Plus, we’ll have workshops designed for kids, teens, and adults.
