The menu features dishes like Maltese sausage and goat’s cheese antipasto, shellfish soup or gorgonzola ravioli, and main courses such as stuffed squid, horsemeat stew, or baked rabbit. Desserts include a mix of custards, halva, and more, with free-flowing local wine, water, and coffee. After dinner, enjoy a folklore show with six dancers in 18th-century costumes, depicting Maltese history through dance.
